Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
Platinum Credit Group operates in full compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. We do not charge fees contingent on the removal or correction of any credit report item. All fees are charged for work performed, regardless of outcome. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself, for free, directly with the credit bureaus.
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
Our services are performed under the authority of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. We act as your authorized representative to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information with consumer reporting agencies and data furnishers. You have the right to a free copy of your credit report every 12 months from each nationwide bureau at annualcreditreport.com.
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
When applicable, we invoke protections under the FDCPA, 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq., including the right to demand validation of debts and to dispute the validity of collection accounts. Debt collectors must cease collection activity until verification is provided.

Prohibited Practices
PCG does not and will not:
- Make false claims about what we can achieve for your credit.
- Advise you to dispute accurate information or create a new credit identity.
- Charge fees before a written contract is signed and disclosures are delivered.
- Guarantee a specific credit score or the removal of specific items.
Filing a Complaint
If you believe PCG has violated any federal or state law, you may file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at consumerfinance.gov/complaint, or with your state attorney general's office. You also have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates CROA.
