By accessing or using Platinum Credit Group's website, member portal, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.

3. Services Description

PCG provides credit analysis, dispute letter preparation, and related advocacy services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, credit score increases, or the removal of any particular item from your credit report. Services are performed for fees regardless of outcome, in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information. You are responsible for reviewing all correspondence before it is sent on your behalf. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your contact or financial information.

5. Payment Terms

Fees are billed in advance for membership tiers and per-item for review services. All charges are non-refundable once work has been performed. You may cancel recurring membership charges before the next billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

PCG's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of credit bureaus or data furnishers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and member portal, including letters, templates, and educational materials, is the property of PCG and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or your member portal.
